Voltas 1 5 stars inverter split Ac - Service not delivered

On May **, ****, I sought assistance since my split air conditioner (Which I bought in July, **** from Shiv Light House (Mathura, UP, India) was not working. On May **, the technician arrived and informed me that the compressor and PCB were broken and that I would have to wait around ** days for replacement components.

I waited until June *, ****, when they returned and changed the compressor, saying the PCB was OK and there was no need for replacement. They charged us roughly **** rupees for servicing and gas filling. However, the AC broke down again after one day, and I complained to the repair center about it.

And so, starting on the *th, I kept phoning them, and they kept informing me that the technician will arrive today. Today is June **th, there is no correct reaction, and they speak poorly.

I wish to complain about Voltas Service Centre Officials (Mathura) Mr. Devendra Singh, Mr. Vishal Gupta and Mr. Lamba vinod

I'm complaining about them because they don't respond appropriately and talk horribly on the phone, even to my mother.
