LG Electronics - Purchase value not converted into EMI

I had purchased LG TV ** inch at total price of Rs ***** on **th January **** from Reliance digital Chrompet Chennai.And it was on EMI on card .But it didn't happen. When called Bank they told that your frenchies denied it.And they started charging interest..I booked complaint on Reluance customer care but they told to contact local reliance .It was not open in pandemic.Now Chrompet reliance is telling to book online complaint.kindly resolve it at the earliest. My mob no **********.
