*. Weight mentioned on an Asus laptop Product details page was *.*KG against actual *.*KG. ( Though company claims that weight displayed is without batteries, even though nowhere its clarified ) *. There is No mention about Key board ( whether its a backlit keyboard or a normal keyboard)
*. due to false and incomplete displayed information , I placed order for a wrong product, which I want to return with complete refund and also compensation of opportunity lost as I couldn't purchase a better Laptop from elsewhere during the festival season
