PUMA INDIA - PUMA SPORTS INDIA warranty approved but no pickup and no refund and updates

i am filing this complaint regarding my warranty claim with puma india. i purchased puma shoes on july from flipkart seller puma india for rs. *****. within the warranty period, the shoes developed manufacturing defects.
on ** august ****, puma india approved my warranty claim and sent an email confirming pickup arrangement and coupon issuance within * days after product arrival at their warehouse.
however, it has been more than ** days since approval, yet no pickup has been arranged, no courier details have been provided, and only generic automatic replies are being received despite multiple follow-ups.
this delay is causing me financial loss and mental stress as i am unable to use the defective product and have had to make alternate arrangements.
i kindly request puma india to arrange pickup immediately and process my warranty claim as promised. i have attached all related emails, product photos, and communication evidence for reference.
