Puma India - Money debited on puma com but no order placed nor received a refund

I placed an order on puma.com on *rd Jan ****, the payment was successfully processed but no order was placed. I called Puma support who said that order might be placed in next two days. Since no order was eventually placed, I followed up again for the refund, every time support says we are looking into it. They are not initiating any refund, this is clear scam, its not even a return order but a filed one.
