Smit Patel filed complaint against Puma India on May 13, 2022
I have placed an order from PUMA INDIA official website on **th april **** worth rupees **** including ****rs coupon ( bought from paytm ) and remaining ***rs via online mode. Very Next day Puma cancelled my order claiming to technical issues and provided me fake coupon of ****Rs which is not applicable to products and have not refunded ***rs
So basically they wipped off ****rs completely and today it has been ** days when I called , customer service executive than they claimed that they have still not initiated my refund and refused to give me resolution. They are telling to wait for **-** days more for refund but it had been already ** days and I have done payment through UPI and according to terms and conditions of UPI - one should get their payment instantly or max to max within *-* working days. Please see to it
