Puma India - Puma is not delivering my orders

I order * products from Puma official app and they are not delivering it. The status shows it is on hold in thier delivery partner warehouse.. Customer care executives do not provide any solutions after repeated calls. They just say they are escalating the issue but no solution is provided. Their supervisor don’t even call back after days of escalating issue.. I want my money back..
