Mukund Mangwani filed complaint against Red Bus on Jun 3, 2019
When we book bus ticket online redBus promise us to provide our chosen seats but when I booked my tickets through redBus and boarded my bus I came to know that the redBus has incorrect seat plan and the bus operator says that they have not updated their seat map yet.
I had to sit on the extreme last sleeper berth which was very small and didn't have AC. Bus operator even offered me to deboard the bus and contact redBus for the refund. I called redBus *** times but each time they disconnected my call without even connecting it to their representative. I had sent the call recording in which they keep disconnecting my call to redBus. I also sent e-mail but then too no response from them. What to do??
