I didn't receive the promised accessories with the TV I purchased, Oct *th ****. The Missing accessory is Mini Wall Mount Support as listed on their website. I filed a complaint with NCH on Oct **th **** and got a response from Samsung Jan **th ****. The response said that I was asking for a repair but that is not true. NCH is of no help now. Also they updated their website since and now the accessory is not listed there anymore. I do have the softcopy of the webpage when it did display the accessory.
