After * weeks of ordering office chair from wakefit which order was confirmed , I got a call from wakefit management team telling with threatening voice " Your selected product was out of stock you can cancel and get refund "
So , I begged them you can't threaten me like this please check my previous orders ,I trust wakefit and my family is eagerly waiting for the chair to be delivered as I got this for the best deal by barrowing money from my dad.
then they offered me an exchange of product which was not looking similar to my previous ordered chair.
Then I told them instead of that chair I asked "Draco Medium Chair " which was looking similar.
Then team told we will get back to you on this soon
and no one had followed up.
My observations : my confirmed order has been hold Now the Draco chair which I selected was removed from this catalog and all the prices were increased
I would like to take a strict action on this complaint .
