The product was not delievered while tracking the item was delievered shown. I have an order KPR furniture queen size cot order id ***-*******-******* on **.**.**** which not delivery on **.**.****. I have been waiting for **days for my product amazon told me they would refund my money on *nd February but they would not refund my money telling me I have to wait for **th February to make sure it doesn't get delievered which it was never even shipped I contacted amazon about just keeping their package since it was not shipped and just refund my money
