Pavan kumar filed complaint against Myntra on Dec 18, 2020
I ordered a fossil watch for my cousin who lives in banglore! And i live in tamilnadu. Ordered on **/**/**** in Myntra and paid for the order on the same day. She got the package on */**/**** near the hospital where she works as an intern. She then directly took the parcel to hospital and opened in front of her colleague and to her surprise she found an empty watch box! She called me immediately and i contacted myntra regarding this isse and they said ill get an update with **/**/**** and i got an update on **/**/**** saying that my claim stands declined! But how can they decline my claim when i did not receive any product in the package! They asked if i have any unboxing video? My cousin did not make any video in hospital! So iam asking Myntra cant they trust their customers? And when they cant trust us how can we trust them so i asked for transist details and packing video proof! And they declined to give any sought of evidence so what does this mean? Even if myntra sent the product and if anyone changed the wrap in the transist process who is responsible for this? Does customer have to face this sought of loss? Isnt it the responsibility of the corporate? Its been ** days now and i have opened the issue again and again with Myntra but they are not accepting! All i ask is proof and why dont they state anything about unboxing video in their return policy rules! Myntra is so irresponsible and they are not taking any actions for the problems their customers are going through i paid *****/- and they treat me as a puppet! This is not acceptable i said Myntra to either give me the watch I ordered or give me refund and they are not doing anything! Please help me out
