Myntra - product was missing in the order and did not get my refund

i have purchased * articles from myntra in the month of july. In a pack of three items they deliver me a single wrong product .i complaint for that and return the wrong product. they refund me the amount of two products by **th july but not returning the amount of third product . in the app its shown as return approved . when i call at their customer care multiple time they said when the delivery agent approaches u simply refuse him and then we will refund the amount. but since aug * no body came for pickup. now each i call them and raise the issue the simply cut the call or said that once the delivery boy came to u , u simply refuse him.after words we refund the amount. this is there technical fault why they r blocking my amount. they are not sending any message to delivery boy for pickup. so please resolve this matter
