Amazon - Product shows delivered but didn't get it

Amazon shows product has been delivered to me on **th december. Everyday I am calling with different executives and they accepted its wrong update by site. Till today i have not received any product, executives of Amazon continuously saying one thing that wait for * days * days etc etc. From the tracking if provided by amazon, it shows delivered at Vapi Gujarat whereas I am residing in ahmedabad. Very frustrated from executives replies and by not getting product. Moreover at that time i have placed order, price of product was **** , as of now it shows more than ****. Till today no response provided by amazon, and received mail yesterday to provide review about product.
