I had returned the product along with the other product..I had called Nykaa multiple times, wrote them more than **-** emails. Their responses have been robotic and irrelevant not addressing the concern.
Inspite of informing multiple times that the product was returned they have been sending delivery boys for return pickup and harassing me. I also wrote them this that delivery boys are coming for pick up when I had already returned the product and this is mental harassment. But they have till date not resolved the issue. I have also written to Falguni Nayar the CEO but the agents have still not taken it seriously nor did the CEO

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
