Dear Team Zara,
When I went to zara showroom subhash Nagar Paccific Mall to exchanged my product and staff misbehaved and also insulted me then I left my packet along with bill on exchange counter then I called zara customer Servic they given me request I'd *********. Zara Customer service persons called me * to * times they asked me my address for deliver my packet at my address and I gave my address on **th of june but now they called me and denying that they cannot send at my product at my address. Zara troubling me and spoiling my money and time both. I request to you please deliver my packet at my address or refund my amount.
