Madam/Dear Sir,
On **.**.****, I bought a ONLY WOMEN SKINNY FIT DISTRESSED JEANS. I made this purchase at www.myntra.com, **.**.**** Order No. *******-*******-*******, Amount Rs.****.**. Unfortunately, the product was defective, a part of designer patch in the Jeans was unstitched. On **.**.**** I placed a return request for the product due to the damage in the product. The product was picked up by the executive on **.**.**** and was made aware of the issue in the product. The product was returned completely unused with all the tags intact. Due to COVID** pandemic the return request was put on hold, yesterday I called the customer care to know the status of my return request. The executive informed me that the product return request has been declined due to quality issues in the product. As the product was defective on arrival itself, how come they can deny the return on the basis of quality check failure. In first place I returned the product for the same reason cause it was defective, otherwise, I would have kept it. Today I got a message from the Myntra that the product has been shipped back to me and there will be no refund. Since this is not at the fault at my end, why should I be denied the refund for the product. I have been customer of Myntra since past * years, and has been no such issues until now, this action from Myntra is really irresponsible and unethical. I feel duped, I don’t think anyone should be surprised that these institutions are only looking out for their own best interest.
To resolve the problem, I would appreciate your intervention and help me get the refund.
