I've ordered a dress from Stylish Drapes Instagram. And I've paid through Cash on Delivery. I've received the dress soon, but the quality of dress was quite poor and different from the pic shown. So I've contacted the whatsapp number, texted them the issue but they're not ready to do anything about it. I've asked them to either replace the dress or atleast refund my money and take the dress back, but they're not ready to do anything. Now they've even stopped replying. I'm feeling helpless as in in what I'll do now and where to go. I got simply cheated and ripped off. I've saved the money for a dress now all that got wasted and this dress is of no use. I just want my money back. I don't know what to do now. I'll be very grateful if I can get some help on that.
