Manish Wazir filed complaint against Flipkart on Sep 5, 2017
I have ordered a product(safari luggage) from Flipkart and they delivered me wrong size and i fired a complaint to Flipkart and they said they will replace this product and they gave me a promise date of ** august of product return pick-up and their courier partner ecom express denied to return pick-up my product becasue of high weight and Flipkart team is just extending my request,how can they extend to such large extend of *th of September when i called them on *th of September today.They just dont care about customer's and their rights,how could they go beyond their promise date? actually so many times.I request to please get to this ASAP.Order id is in screenshot attached
