I ordered a product from this website on ** june ****. The product was a mobile battery of Redmi *. Since I was in urgent need of the battery, I also paid ** rupees extra for their fast express delivery method. When i didn't receive the mail for shipping I emailed them and they told me that they dispatch within *-* days of ordering. After repeated mails and phone calls, they finally replied on *rd July stating that my order will be dispatched within ** hours. It's been * days and they haven't shipped the product yet ( I also paid for express delivery). I don't think i'll ever get my product. This is so frustrating, I want to file the case against them. Their Idea customer support is always busy and they don't reply to emails back in time. When i track the product it says the product isn't shipped yet.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
