Santosh filed complaint against Quikr on Jul 20, 2018
I sold a shoerack through Quikr delivery in Bangalore.They informed that buyer didn't receive the product,do they will return the product to me.
Now they are not responding even after several calls to return the product.
They are only telling that someone will call back.
I'm in a hurry to sell my product as I am relocating.
They took * days to pickup the product and now after sale it's been * days but there is no response.
Kindly advise.
