Tarun meena filed complaint against Amazon on Dec 16, 2023
i ordered a product (realme buds air * neo) on * December ****. After some days i realised that the colour of the product is not good enough so i decided to replace my item, replacement policy was available for *days and i requested before the end of policy. at that time Amazon customer's service informed me that replacement was not available at the movement so they initiated a return for my product after that i ordered the same product from other website at a better price. After next day in Amazon refund tracking tab it's showed me that item picked up from me but the item was still with me. I raised a complaint same day and informed the Amazon customer service then they said the item would be picked up next day but nothing happened next day, then i called them on **dec **** then they were saying return could not processed. i call them again on **dec **** but they cut the call before the conversation end and did not provide any reason. they don't care there customer i wnat to raise a complain against the company Amazon please help me into this.
