Wonderchef - Product not returned after service and complain closed

I have raised a complained on *rd Feb,**** against the faulty service provided against the previous complain made in the month of Jan,**. The product was taken by the technician on **th Feb,**** and never returned back and complain was closed on **th Feb,**** without returning the product and my knowledge. When i asked the customer support regarding it they again opened a new complain without giving any reason.
