Alphaglee - Product not received

I had ordered ionic hair brush from alphaglee on *th February ****. I even got the confirmation mail of booking the order. Today, on **th February, when I tried to contact them through mail and messenger for order status, I get no response. When I try to track my order through their website, it says order not yet shipped.
My order number is AL****. Attached herewith is the photocopy of the payment made online.
Please help me with the issue.
