I placed the order on **/**/**** and on **/**/**** they updated on the system that my product was delivered but it was never delivered to me and when I received the delivered text I immediately raise a complaint to nykaa support team and they ask to me wait for * days and they inform me that the item was delivered and showed me delivery proof which had my signature on it but the item was never delivered to me and use my fake signature which is totally a scam.
