I placed an order on **th September for a football that was estimated to delivered before **th. the product was picked up from Delhi on **th September and reached bangalore on **th September. however for the next * days it was not delivered in Bangalore. Multiple calls to the customer service only meant false promises and different delivery dates. finally on **th september, after an agonizing wait, the order was cancelled. This was supposed to be a gift for my son's birthday but what a nightmare it had become.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
