Sreejith Nair filed complaint against Samsung on Sep 4, 2020
I still have not received my Note ** lite that I ordered on **th August through Samsung website. I received the order confirmation and mentioned that it will be delivered by **th August. I have been following up on this for the past ** days and still I did not receive any clear answer or the confirmation on delivery of my product. I have contacted through email, whatsapp chat and phone but still no use.
On **th August, I was disconnected by a customer care agent while I was on call, this is the worst customer service you can imagine. Having paid for the product for almost ** days and till now I have no clue when I will receive it. I have also sent an email to the service head for which I received a reply to contact customer care directly.
The worst thing is that, I bought this as a gift for my spouse for our Anniversary but never received the product on time. I end up buying another gift. I have also asked for a refund which was refused by customer care agent Jacob on *st of September.
I went through a very stressful period of following up for my product and always received scripted answers regardless of your query. I wasted lots of my time following up with them and missed my gift for my spouse.

Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
