Rajiv Ray filed complaint against Ikea India Private Limited on Aug 14, 2020
I had ordered a chair, a lamp and a bulb on Ikea website on **-July-**** and had opted for home delivery. It showed the delivery date as **-Aug-**** but I did not get the item and no communication regarding change of delivery date. After following multiple times with customer service, I only get an answer that it will delivered within ** hours and they repeat this every day. Every representative gives misleading information so I am afraid that I have lost my product and the money. I want a compensation for the mental agony and harassment. Order ID-*********
