Ikea India Private Limited - Not responding to return request for defective product for over a month

I have raised query over customer care and e mail multiple times. Still there is no action from ikea. Just sending emails that peoduct assembly os wrong. I had to assemble the product just to send them video of defect. Still they revert saying assembly issue.
