Dear Sir,
We visited ikea, worli, Mumbai on ** May **, we bought a * seater sofa and * chairs for our house. Since the ** th ikea has been calling us and harrasing us all the way claiming that one of the covers for the chair is out of stock so they are pressuring us to take a delivery of the rest of the items which I have personally refused to accept over a long time but now they tricked us into believing they have delivered a full order on ** June and made us accept an incomplete order which ahs no use for me as it's all bought matching to a set, the mental agony and absolute don't care a damn attitude of the people involved is astounding. I cannot use a chair without covers and how does this happen that they bill us for all and edit the bill to their convenience without our approval or consent. They are causing tremendous mental agony as we have been promised a lot of things but every single time it's a new person we talk to who has no prior idea of the matter and it's frustrating oto keep repeating the same. They have blocked my money and won't give us any details on the status of the missing chair cover.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
