Rbl Credit Card - Product not delivered

LG Top Load Washing Machine was booked on *nd October **** using RBL Credit Card (Reward Points and Credit Amount). It is been * months, that we have not received the product. I got my reward points back in the month of December but not received the Credit Amount. Whenever i reach customer service, they say that, money will be refunded in ** days. Please do the needful.
