I ordered * items from Nykaa, order no. NYK-********-*******. It consisted of a Lakme *to * lipliner, BBlunt hair serum and Lakme *to* matte lipstick. They delivered just two products I.e the BBlunt hair serum and Lakme*to* lipstick. The Lakme lipliner was not delivered.
On complaining to support and raising ticket #*******, they made me wait for * days. And now they are telling we have sent the product and nothing can be done. I asked them to connect to higher authority, customer care told couldn't be connected but will arrange callback. Not yet received a callback.
I posted a review on the Google playstore about Nykaa, they seemed to have deleted that also. They are just cheating in broad daylight by collecting money and not delivering goods.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
