I ordered * kg honey from milkbasket...I did not receive the product...thereby raised an issue with customer care..they unamously closed the issue without delivering the product or refunding the money...the customer redressal is terrible...most of the times I had to raise issues for non delivery and additionally follow up more than twice...
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
