ShopRishi - Product not delivered

I ordered a Redmi Pro* on *st May **** from shoprishi.com and did the advance payment of Rs ***** to Dipak for the product. I received a confirmation message but no email. I used the chat option to get confirmation of the order and customer care executive Renuka assured that product will reach me by *th of May. But when the product didn't reach I got suspicious and tried several ways like chat, call to get product delivery details but nothing worked. Now, I realized that this site is fake as I don't even see the chat option there now. So there is no way I can trace the product. I have all the details about my order, payment transaction and also have the chat transcript where Renuka assured the delivery of the product. Kindly let me know how to catch these frauds and get my money back.
