I ordered from thejtstore.com on */*/** an AC of midea worth Rs *****/-. As it was advertised on Google. I paid above amount plus ** Rs delivery charge which leads to total *****/-. There was immediate confirmation mail too from their side stating that this product will be delivered to me in *-* days. Till date, neither product is delivered nor customer care (********** response is satisfactory. Every time their response is that it will be delivered today or tomorrow and no docket/courier number provided to me further they add once the product is delivered courier track id automatically received on your phone number. I feel mentally depressed now. Regarding this, I mailed to jtstore and called a number of times to jt store customer care executive. Customer care executive is most of the time become speechless. I urge all people never ever buy anything from this website. I have lost my hard earned money after seeing google advertised such fake website alongside Amazon and Flipkart.
