The Jt-store - Amount Not Refunded

order id ref: ******. on sep **st ****, i have ordered for a guitar for rs *** under smart deal offer. and paid rs.*** including the delivery charges. when i contacted about the the jt store support center, they asked me to download there app and perform few tasks and complete the tasks mentioned in the apps to avail the product under smart deal offer. since i was not interested to play around facebook and Instagram accounts, i asked the jt stores to cancel my order and refund the amount, after many requests , i received confirmation from the jt stores on oct *rd **** saying the refund will be done within *-** days. but till date after more than month, i have not received any refund from them. every time when i call and mail regarding the refund, i was asked to wait for *-** days. but no action has been taken seriously from there end. i am totally tired and fed up with the careless response from the jt stores. hence i request you to help me to get my refund from the jt stores and put penalty for Unfair Trade Practices.
