I placed an order through Homafy on *rd September, I did get an acknowledgment saying my product should be delivered with in ** working days , when I called them on the **th , they gave me an eta of **th , they said that the product is with the dtdc courier service and they are not sending my courier . When I requested a refund they don’t help with a refund as well .
The product was supposed to be sent to me on the **th .
When I track the order it shows that the order is in Delhi since **th.
I called them several times and they have been the most irresponsible people to provide their service.
Can someone help ?
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
