I had ordered a shoe on **.**.**** from flipdea.com and after successful payment, I didn't get any message or confirmation about order nor they delivered any product. I tried many times to reach them to cancel my order and refund my money via phone no (Customer Care: +**-**********) and also mailed to their Email id (info@flipdea.com) but didn't get any response from flipdea. I am writing a complaint to Voxya to help me to get refund my money from flipdea. I don't know whether I get the refund back or not but I really want that flipdea couldn't make fool to any other people in future. Flipdea business is to make fool their customer and earn money.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
