Flipdea.com - Company making fraud with me

once i had a call from flipdea.com representative and they tell me the whole shceme of their newly luanch online shopping company.
the scheme is to buy a product from their website between the range of *** to **** and get an assured gift either iphone X or dell laptop or sony led tv.
i bought a bedsheet of cost rs. *** on **th oct ****
on the second day i received a call from their representative rashmiben and she told me to pay GST of rs. **** the refundable amount..
i payed it by just dial app.
And she told me that the product and my gift would dispatch in next day and reached me within * to * day.
but on next day another call received from dispatch team and they told me to pay the refundable insurance amount of rs. ***** then and then they dispatch my product.but i denied
at a time i realize that there was something wrong.. i thought the company cheated me and i ask them to refund my amount. but they refused
then after very long conversation with their superior mr. navin , they agreed to deliver * product
polo club kit
woodland belt and
fossil watch +
my original product Bedsheet
after so many days approx after ** days i got only polo club kit which was already damaged..
now the don't respond to my calls and i don't get satisfactory reply by them
at every day the told me to pls call us tomorrow by giving such a foolish reasons...
now i am so much worried about my money
and i m totally mentally ill and disturbed..
please help me ...
