Sir, I am Ram Sajeevan recieved a call from flipdea.com regarding advertisement of above company she said to me that if you purchase any product from my webside list, then you got surely a LED ** Inch absolutly free, then i select a bluetooth device worth of rs.***, but after three days she said to me that you have to deposit the part of GST for LED, then i depositted rs. **** on ** sep. **** after this she said to me that now you have to deposit rs. ***** for insurance of your gift then i depositted in two parts rs. **** on ** sep. ** and rs. **** on ** sep. **** after this no one recieved my call, then i was file a complaint on consumer forum with complaint no. ****** on **.**.**** after some days mr. Navneet Sharma called me for closing this complaint and he ensure me to resolve my issue, then i was closed this complaint on **.**.**,, but after this i got no any product and after a long time on **.**.** i recieved a call from mr. Sonu jha he said to me that you submit rs. **** more you sure got yours gift immidiatly then i have depositted rs. **** on **.**.****, after three days they said to me that yours shipment has been cancelled due to technical issue, now if you want to price of your gift price rs. ****** but
i was not agree on this and i requesting you to refund my money only rs. ***** but now no one attending my call
So this is my humble request to you that please resolve my issue and make my refund or gift as committed by them, i have all proof like conversation recording and payment slips.
