Hi,
I have bought samsung frame tv and what I have received is tv without Bezel (Frame).
Its more than a month, they keep buying more time to resolve and not delivering the Bezel at all.
I have even asked to take back TV and refund and they are not doing that.
my request to samsung is they should either deliver the bezel or take back TV and refund full amount
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
