I ordered * suits - one (blue) was delivered, the other one (black) has not been delivered, but is showing as delivered. I wrote the first complain email to the company on ** Jan **** at *:** PM, and ever since they keep saying that they need **-** hours to resolve the issue! I have written several emails and made several phone calls since then. They are neither delivering the remaining black suit nor refunding it!
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
