Order marked delivered but not received
I ordered an Amul ice cream from zepto. i did not receive the delivery but the delivery guy marked it delivered. I tried calling delivery partner multiple times... no response. I also tried customer care, no response - a guy named binit kr sahu only repeated one thing - we can’t help
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
