I have ordered a Jersey set worth INR *** from Football Monk that includes shorts as well. However the shorts was not sent. - *st Order
I escalated to Football Monk via email ( Only options to contact them).
After multiple follow ups over email, I finally got response from them as below:
Sir, we are duly sorry for the inconveniences caused to you. We will deliver the shorts along with your new order. Please mention that the shorts are missed in your previous order in the order note. So that we will include the shorts along with new order. Hope this helps. Once again sorry for the inconveniences caused.
I placed *nd Order worth INR *** but even this time missing shorts of previous order was not included or delivered.
I have been following up with them from past month or more, but now their is no response to my emails as well.
