I had ordered a Manchester United retro kit (customizable) on **th August ****. On **th September **** I received an email from Shiprocket saying that my order has been packed and is ready to be picked but on the Footballmonk website the order was still in processing state. I opened the tracking ID sent by the Shiprocket on *st October **** and it was showing that my order has been CANCELLED, I contacted the customer support of Footballmonk through the email ID given on their website but they did not reply. I hope this complaint reaches them.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
