I had ordered a INTER MIAMI (customizable) jersey on *th October ****. On **th October **** I received an email from Shiprocket saying that my order has been packed and is ready to be picked but on the Footballmonk website the order was still in processing state. I opened the tracking ID sent by the Shiprocket on *nd November **** and it was showing that my order has been CANCELLED, I contacted the customer support of Footballmonk through the email ID given on their website but they did not reply.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
