Myflowergift.com - Product not delivered and nor refunded the amount

I ordered birthday cake for my mother on **th May **** which has to deliver on **th May for Rs ****. I received an email on **th May **** (today, on the day of my mom's bday) , that we cannot deliver the product as your house far away hence you have to pay additional Rs ***. Seeing their poor customer service i refused to pay additional *** amount and asked for refunded. Absolutely this is my money to refund back to me if they can’t deliver the cake. Instead of the solving my problem they asking me to see the terms condition. How funny before ordering the cakes and flower please read their terms and condition. i my life i never seen such vulnerable service.
See this type of service pathetic sending me email on the same day of my moms bday. How unprofessional their services. I have logged the complaint in customer forum and other social media on this fraud.
