Dear Sir,
I had ordered a mobile on flipkart on *th December **** with order id OD******************. The order was expected to deliver on **th December ****. Then it showed that order delivery is misrouted and it will be delivered on **/**/****. Now today they are telling that order will not get delivered as the order is misrouted. Also the order was placed during offer so **** discount was given on MRP ***** of product. Now flipkart customer care is telling that you can cancel the product and order a new one.
First of all they have holded my money for more than one week and product was not delivered. Also i am flipkart plus member then also no customer service provided. If now i will purchase the phone it will cost me ***** rs which is higher than what i ordered. I had requested to reroute again then also they are not agreeing. I would request to advise flipkart to deliver my mobile or give compensation of holding money for one week or place new order with same price.
