Myntra - Product not delivered and marked as delivered

The product was delivered on **th oct and the moment it was marked as delivered I had raised a complaint on Myntra. But the customer executive gave me dates starting from **st oct, **rd oct and now ** oct. On **rd Ronit Roy assured refund within **-** hrs but that I got to know was fake communication. Then from last * days I've been receiving calls from * days to which they are saying we cannot provide resolution we the logistics partner is saying that we have delivered the product. Pls help as it is getting torturous for me.
