I ordered a above mentioned product on **th July which was supposed to delivered on *th Aug. But they rescheduled it for *th Aug. But they didn't deliver on any of the above mentioned dates and said that they will try to deliver again on **th Aug. So I requested to cancel the order on *th Aug evening which they actually cancelled on **th Aug. They said that I will get my money back with *-** business days. But I haven't received it till today. They are very unprofessional in all departments and none of them have a updated status on the refund. I have already called them more than ** times regarding the order, delivery and now for the refund. Please help.
